Payments & Refund Policy

Rules for memberships, advertisements and manual payment review.

Prices and payment methods

Current prices, service periods, estimated advertising reach, service fees and available payment methods are shown before you submit an order. Payment methods are configured by the platform and may include third-party or cryptocurrency transfers.

Manual review

Where payment proof is required, upload a clear and accurate receipt. Submission does not mean approval. Service begins only after payment and eligibility are verified by an administrator. False, altered, reused or unrelated proof may be rejected and may lead to account restrictions.

Memberships

Membership is provided for the period shown after approval. Renewal is manual unless an automatic renewal arrangement is clearly presented and separately accepted. Benefits have no cash value and may not be transferred.

Advertisements

Advertising starts only after content and payment approval. Delivery is based on the approved coverage or period shown in the order. Invalid, unlawful or misleading ads may be rejected even if payment was submitted.

Refunds

Because memberships and advertising are digital services, approved and already delivered portions are generally non-refundable except where required by law. A verified duplicate payment, platform billing error, rejected order for which no service was delivered, or material failure to provide the purchased service may qualify for correction or refund. Network, processor and currency-conversion fees may be non-refundable.

Requests and timing

Contact platform support with the account, order and payment details. Do not publish sensitive payment information in community posts. Review time and return time depend on verification and the original payment method.
